What you'll need ...
4 Tomatoes, halved horizontally (# is specific to your preference)
1/2 fresh grated Parmesan
1 tsp fresh chopped Oregano
1/4 tsp salt
4 tsp Olive oil
*Fresh ground pepper to taste*
What to do ...
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place tomato halves cut side up on a baking dish. Top with Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil. Bake until the tomatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
