Dropping his new single “We Must Go On” Derek Vincent Smith, known to electro fans as Pretty Lights, has kicked off 2012 with yet another beautiful track. As always, Pretty Lights presents a unique sound that embodies his own language of music and transcends all generational influences. Continuing his musical journey, this track sets the mood with nice relaxed Hip Hop beats and flavorful electro funk undertones. The Trip Hop Colorado native star has emerged as a front runner in the Electronic Dance Music scene by creating his own genre and starting his own independent record label. 

He has not yet indicated where the track will be housed, and there has been no mention of an upcoming album. However, knowing Pretty Lights, one is soon on the way!
