No it's not P 90 X - F that! This is better. Just as intense. It's nice to change up your workout and not have to go to the gym. I'm not a fan of video workouts and I don't have a lot of space in my place. This workout seemed simple enough so I tried it and it really kicked my ass.
Do each set back to back - no time in between exercises - for best results. Break for a minute before starting the next round. Switch up your workout by doing this every other day, before a run, or on off days for an added bonus!
- Repeat 3-5 times -
