I don't remember ever seeing as bad a call as I did last night by the temp referees during the Green Bay-Seattle NFL game. It is reported that over one hundred fifty million dollars ($150,000,000.00) was lost on that one bad call. I can't imagine how hard it was for everyone who had money riding on GB. I might understand if the call was truly in a gray area, but after watching the instant replays...from all angles...there is no way Seattle caught the ball. It was intercepted by GB. In clear, plain view. INTERCEPTION!  The ruling was a duel catch in which case the offense gets the advantage, but this was just wrong. It was a totally bogus read on what happened on that field. Watch the video below. Tell me what you think. Did you have any money on this game? My condolences if so.

Terrible call and we need the regular officials, but really? Did anyone stop watching? Nope.

Being a Bears fan I liked the outcome of the game haha but the NFL has been the talk of every media outlet in the country. The ratings are up this year and the replacement officials overall haven't been that bad. I don't believe when people say they won't watch football anymore because the NFL has built there brand so large that noone can ever replace them.

I know GB fans that are so pissed. And they DID have money on the game. So sad.

I couldn't believe what took place. How is that even possible? And why would the NFL support the decision? It's not about the inefficiency of temp reps because the decision could have been over turned. So what really happened?
