Explore Your Higher Senses- Workshop in Seattle, WA
New workshop by Singing Butterfly Meditation and Healing offered in Seattle, WA this weekend. These workshops are designed for almost any skill level and are intended to empower participants to higher states of consciousness. Check it out!Please wear comfortable clothing as there will be some movement at the beginning of the workshop to help open up the chakras.
The second half of the workshop will be a guided meditation to go deep into our intuitive senses and learn to interpret our body’s energetic language. What are your chakras telling you? Strengthen your ability to interpret symbols, images and increase your higher sense perceptions. Learn ways to use the language of the body to make better choices for your overall wellbeing.
Schedule:
1:00 -2:30 pm: Tuning the instrument. Movement and sound based exercises to awaken the energy body.
2:30- 3:00pm: Break with appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages served
3:00-4:00pm: Guided meditation and discussion
$10 Suggested donation. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Please bring a notebook and a yoga mat for this workshop.

I really wish I was in Seattle so I could attend! This sounds amazing. Right up my alley!
Ever think of streaming your workshop and having an online audience? There is a guy in San Diego named NamaSTEVE and he does Yoga on the beach but he streams and record it live so people all over the world can join in. It was one of the coolest experiences I discovered!
