Is this woman for real? It seems that every time we forget about her for 2 seconds she goes and does a stupid thing like punching an innocent woman in the face while being severely intoxicated. Witnesses say she was on a vodka bender at a club called Avenue in NYC when the incident occurred.

Lohan apparently misplaced her purse with $10,000 dollars cash inside and didn't feel up to spreading her wealth! So in a rage, she hauled off and punched a female club goer in the side of her head.

The club bouncers gave Lindsay diplomatic immunity due to her celebrity status, forcing the husband of the victim to call the police. The owners of the club are now fully cooperating with police, and Lindsay is set to appear in court on January 7, 2013 to answer charges.
