That is an atrocious amount to spend on a manicure. When you think of all of the suffering people in the world that could use that money for essentials, it's even more depressing. I am always shocked when I hear how much celebs spend on their looks- like hundreds of dollars on a haircut. These things are just temporary anyway- her nail polish can last what, a week tops?

Paige you are SOOOOOOOO right. This is the exact hypocrisy and propaganda that comes from Hollywood everyday. These celebrities (mostly far left Democrats) live in their own world. I know Kelly did not spend her own money...they never do...but she had the audacity to exhibit complete ignorance when she allowed her fingernails to be a chariot of disgrace. I volunteer at a battered women's shelter. We operate on a shoestring budget. A quarter of a million dollars would make such a difference in the lives of these troubled women. Shame on you, Kelly Osbourne. I hope Obama taxes you at 100% because you truly don't understand the value of your money or those around you.

And on another note, your tattoos make those black diamonds look like cheap glitter. Hope you had a great experience, Princess!
